Notes and additional requirements: All applicants must have passed Step 1 and 2CK. Applicants must be within four(4) years of graduation from medical school or active clinical practice. Applicants must have documentation of a minimum of three months of direct patient care activity in the U.S. or Canada within the last four years. All applicants must have a minimum if three letters of recommendation from U.S. or Canadian physicians who have personal knowledge of the applicant’s clinical ability and personal characteristics (one must be from chair of pediatrics).
