Notes and additional requirements: USMLE Step 1, Step 2CK or COMLEX Level 1, Level 2 CE required. Written evaluations demonstrating the successful completion of at least four (4) weeks of a sub-internship in an ACGME-accredited university setting in the United States. Of these eight weeks, at least four weeks must be in a family medicine sub-internship and at least four weeks in either a general internal medicine or general pediatrics sub-internship is required. Graduation from medical school within five years of the year of the current ERAS application. Exception may be made if the applicant has at least two (2) years of clinical experience working with University of Utah medical school faculty.
