Notes and additional requirements: Applicants who have previous failures on the USMLE are generally less likely to successfully match in our program. While US clinical experience is not an absolute requirement, it is highly encouraged. The Dean’s letter (MSPE) and three letters of recommendation required. Two from members of the Department of Internal Medicine and letters from attending physicians supervising your medicine sub-internship or ICU experience are highly suggested;
