Notes and additional requirements: USMLE Step 1, and Step 2 (or COMLEX equivalent) before starting the first year of residency. Step 2 (CS) (if applicable) on the first attempt. Graduation from Medical School should be within the last three (3) years. If not, you must have worked as a physician in a clinical setting for at least 2 years in the last 5 years. Candidates with US clinical experience are preferred. We require three letters of recommendation, but you are welcome to submit four. At least one letter should be from a neurologist.
