Notes and additional requirements: USMLE or COMLEX transcript three attempts maximum on each board exam. CS(if applicable) must be passed on 1st attempt. MSPE/Dean's Letter and three letters of recommendation from physicians familiar with the applicant's clinical knowledge and skills, with at least one family medicine letter. In addition, at least one must be a U.S. clinical supervisor. International medical graduates must submit passing Step 1, Step 2 scores before their applications will be scored.
