Notes and additional requirements: Clinical experience (minimum of four months). Applicants must pass USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 (CK) by the second attempt. Clinical experience (minimum of four months). IMGs must pass USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 (CK) by the first attempt, time interval since completion of formal training (medical school or residency) must be within five years. MSPE and three letters of recommendation from physicians familiar with the applicant's clinical knowledge and skills. At least one must be a clinical supervisor.
