Notes and additional requirements: Although there is no cut off, minimum USMLE scores of 200 on both Step I and II are needed to be competitive with our applicant pool. Dean's letter (MSPE); Internal Medicine letter of recommendation, from chair or other academic faculty; Two or more additional letters of recommendation, preferably at least one from a neurologist. If the applicant will not or has not graduated from an ACGME accredited institution, they must demonstrate that they have performed significant and supervised clinical work in the U.S., preferably in an academic setting and ideally for one year. Two or more additional letters of recommendation, preferably at least one from a neurologist.
