We perform a holistic review of each applicant, and your board scores are a single component of your application. Yes, you need to have graduated within the last five years. This rule may not apply if you have had clinical experience as a resident or attending in any country during the last five years. At least three letters of recommendation (Departmental Chair letter is not required).
