Notes and additional requirements: USMLE Step 1 or COMLEX Part 1 must be passed prior to application. USMLE Step 2 CK or COMLEX 2 passing scores are preferable prior to application and must be documented in ERAS prior to the program's match list submission date. Each exam must be passed on the first or second attempt, preferably on the first attempt. Applicants must graduate from an LCME- or AOA-accredited medical school within 2 years of graduation. IMGs must obtain a valid ECFMG Certificate. Applicants must be a permanent resident or citizen or able to obtain a J-1 Visa through ECFMG; the program is unable to sponsor H-1B visas. Applicants must be able to obtain a Kansas medical license. The program uses signaling as part of its application review.
