Notes and additional requirements: Passing USMLE step one, available passing score for USMLE Step 2 required. We encourage you to apply only if you score 4 or more points on this questionnaire. An answer of "yes" to the first three questions is worth 2 points each. An answer of "yes" to the remaining three is worth 1 point each. Do you have letters of recommendation from a pathologist with whom you have had accredited training (not just as an observer) in anatomic (histopathology) or clinical Pathology? This training in pathology must be beyond that required for graduation from your medical school, and the letter should attest to your aptitude in anatomic (histopathology) and/or clinical pathology. (2 points) Have you done an accredited one year clinical internship in the U.S. (not just as an observer)? (2 points) Do you have a Ph.D. from a U.S. medical school? (2 points) Was your medical curriculum taught in English? (1 point) Did you graduate in the upper 15% of your medical school class? (1 point) Was your USMLE Step 1 score above 194, your Step 2 score above 209, and have you passed the Step 2 Clinical Skills (if applicable) exam? (1 point)
