Notes and additional requirements: Those IMGs who have failed the USMLE at first attempt will not be interviewed. Three letters of recommendation from physicians in the candidate's school or elective rotation who are familiar with your recent work. One of the three letters should be from a physiatrist who worked with the candidate on a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation rotation. (Applicants are unlikely to be granted an interview if they have not completed at least one PM&R rotation.)
