Notes and additional requirements: Successful scores on USMLE Step II or COMLEX 2 are required by the mid-point of the intern (PL1) year, but are not required to apply or interview for a position. Dean's Letter or MSPE and three (3) Letters of Recommendation. A maximum of 4 are acceptable, however we do not require a Letter from your Chair of Pediatrics. We expect international medical graduates to have exceptional academic records and to have at least 4 months of prior clinical experience at an accredited US or Canadian medical center, preferably involving inpatient pediatrics. At least one letter of recommendation should come from a faculty member you worked clinically with at an accredited US or Canadian medical center. Applicants must be ECFMG certified by our application deadline.
