Notes and additional requirements: Step 1 or Level 1 required for application, Step 2 or Level 2 scores must be received by January 30th, 2026. 2 or more letters of recommendation: One letter from an Internal medicine, Pediatrics or Med-Peds faculty who has worked with you clinically One letter from a faculty member, regardless of specialty, who has worked closely with you and can speak to your clinical abilities, strengths, and character. The availability of the institution to support H1B Visas is very limited and not generally available; however, upon request from a Program Director and under exceptional circumstances, the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs at Baystate Medical Center will review H1B applications on a case by case basis.
