Notes and additional requirements: No more than 5 years past medical school graduation without any clinical training. Completion of USMLE Step one and two is required before entering the PGY-1 year. Completion of USMLE Step 3 is strongly recommended to be completed before the end of the PGY-1 year; it is University policy that Step 3 be completed before beginning the PGY-3 (CA-2) year.
