For H-1B visa sponsorship, USMLE Step 3 results must be available by April 1. Should have graduated within the last 5 years unless there has been extensive residency and/or fellowship training and ongoing clinical responsibility. Three letters of reference and MSPE Letter (US Graduates) required.
