Notes and additional requirements: USMLE/COMLEX 2 and CS/PE passing scores must be available in ERAS by February 1. Applicants must have no more than three years between medical school graduation and start of residency. IMG applicants must have an ECFMG certificate prior to January 31 of the year in which they desire to start residency. SCFM is unable to sponsor or accept anyone requiring visa sponsorship. Applicants must be able to receive an unrestricted Colorado medical license and DEA license by the beginning of the second year of residency.
