Notes and additional requirements: There is no specific minimum score requirement for USMLE scores, but international medical graduates who have been offered interviews in recent years have typically had very competitive board scores. While we do not mandate it, graduation within the past six years is preferable. Having experience in clinical settings within the US is also looked upon favorably. The dean's letter from your medical school and minimum of three letters of recommendation required. Although ECFMG certification isn't compulsory during the interview phase, it must be secured prior to the commencement of the Residency program.
