Notes and additional requirements: No failed grade in USMLE/ COMLEX combined history (Step 1, Step 2 CK) except 1 failed grade will be accepted if selection committee deems the applicant exceptional. If more than 5 years have elapsed since graduation from medical school, USMLE Step 3 must be successfully passed. If graduated from medical school more than 5 years ago, have been involved in continuous clinical experience since graduation, preferably some in the US and/or postgraduate training in psychiatry.
