Notes and additional requirements: USMLE Step2 CK must be taken at the time in which the candidate applies, however the score can be pending. International applicants must show recent US clinical experience, ideally six months or more. A minimum of three (3) total letters of recommendation (including the MSPE), with one letter being written by an internal medicine faculty member who is able to comment on your clinical performance.
