Notes and additional requirements: In order to apply for an audition rotation please email a completed application to beaumontderm@gmail.com with “Audition Rotation Application” as the subject line. Within the email please include the following requirements for a completed application: Headshot CV Proof of STEP 1 and/or COMLEX 1 pass Brief list of hobbies/interests Letter of Intent, (250 word maximum) answering the question: why are you interested in our program? Recommendation statement, (250 word maximum) from a Dermatologist you have rotated with and/or a statement (250 word maximum) describing what you are working on in the field of dermatology and how you have demonstrated your commitment to the specialty.
