Notes and additional requirements: Applicants must have taken USMLE Steps 1 and 2 or COMLEX 1 and 2. USMLE Step 1, 2CK on the first attempt preferred. 3 Letters of Recommendation - one from Internal Medicine department chair, 2 from recent physicians you have worked with. The more shadowing medical missions, scribing the applicant has the more competitive they will be (1 letter of recommendation should come from theses interactions). Research is recommended.
