Submit the AAMC PREview Professional Readiness Exam within the past 3 years. The University of Minnesota MD program will only accept a total of three letters of evaluation.

Submit the Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT) within the past 3 years. A minimum MCAT score of 500 is required to receive a supplemental application.

The final AMCAS application submission deadline to the University of Minnesota Medical School MD program is October 1. The final supplemental application submission deadline for the University of Minnesota Medical School MD program is October 30.
