Admission process notes:
Perelman's Early Decision Program is extremely selective and very limited in scope. Students must meet the average GPA and MCAT of the previous entering class, provide a CV/resume and have valid reasons for matriculating into Perelman.

Requirements notes:
Letters of recommendation filing options: Composite or committee: Individual letter/letter packet from a pre-health advisor or career service office, with or without additional letters attached. - OR - A minimum of three (3) letters from faculty members who know the applicant well; at least one must come from a science faculty member with whom the applicant has taken courses.

GPA, MCAT notes:
Each applicant must take the Medical College Admission Test within three years of applying to the Perelman School of Medicine. The GPA range of the 2025 Entering Class is 3.25 - 4.00 and the MCAT range is 513 - 528.

Deadlines notes:
Submissions for verification will begin on May 28. AMCAS will comence transmission of applications on June 26. The primary application deadline is October 15, at 11:59pm ET and and the secondary deadline is November 15, at 11:59pm ET. Complete applications must be submitted by November 15, 11:59 p.m. ET. The School of Medicine encourages prospective students to apply early to allow maximum time for the AMCAS verification process and receipt of required letters of recommendation.

The base tuition for the MD program at the Perelman School of Medicine is $73,852. Combined with mandatory university and school fees, the total billable subtotal for most students is $80,511 per year
