OSU-COM encourages all applicants to submit the supplemental application. Applicants will receive an e-mail containing a link to the application once we have received your AACOMAS application.

Requirements notes:
The applicant may choose between the two tracks below: Track 1 - One letter from a college or university pre-professional/pre-med committee: Track 2 - Two letters from faculty who taught a class for which you earned credit.

GPA, MCAT notes:
Minimum Performance Criteria: Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 (on 4.0 scale); Pre-Professional Science GPA of 2.5 (on 4.0 scale); Minimum of 492 MCAT. OSU-COM only accepts MCAT scores earned within three years of the deadline for submitting the AACOMAS application for the application cycle.
