Admission process notes:
To receive an invitation to complete a secondary application, the applicant must meet the admissions requirements.

Requirements notes:
Submitting the AAMC PREview Professional Readiness Exam is optional. The applicant must submit a minimum of three (3) letters of recommendation (or one committee letter). The maximum number of letters of recommendation is seven (7).

GPA, MCAT notes:
All applicants who submitted an AMCAS application into the open cycle for UNLV must take the MCAT no later than October 1 to maintain eligibility in that cycle. Only the highest MCAT score will be considered. The applicant must have an MCAT Percentile Rank times his/her Cumulative Undergraduate BCPM-GPA greater than 93 in order to receive an invitation to submit a secondary application.

Deadlines notes:
November 3: Primary Applications must be submitted to AMCAS; November 17: Transcripts must be submitted to AMCAS; January 12: All Secondary Application components must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. EST. Since completed applications are considered by the Admissions Committee on a rolling basis and the number of interview spots is limited, we encourage all applicants to complete their applications as early in the cycle as possible.
