Admission process notes:
Completion of the Casper test is mandatory for all MCW Medical School applicants. During the 2026 application cycle, MCW will accept applications from US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and DACA recipients.

Requirements notes:
You must submit two (2) letters from classroom professors, at least one of whom must have taught biology, chemistry, physics, or a comparable science discipline. We will also accept a committee letter or packet of letters. These undergraduate letters of recommendation are required unless your undergraduate degree conferral was at least five years ago.

GPA, MCAT notes:
We will only accept scores from tests taken within the three-year period prior to matriculation. For entry, you must have taken the exam no earlier than January 3 years ago.

Deadlines notes:
We will accept Casper test scores from May 1 through December 4.
