Applicants meeting the minimum requirements will receive an email containing login information for an application.

Requirements notes:
Letters of Recommendation — one from each: Board-certified physician (DO or MD) — on letterhead; Science faculty member or pre-health advisor, or committee — on letterhead; Pastor, volunteer coordinator, employer, or faculty member.

GPA, MCAT notes:
To be considered by LUCOM you must at least have a: 3.0 GPA and a 3.0 GPA in sciences; 499 on the MCAT. Students at LUCOM with an average science 3.4 GPA and a 504 MCAT have the greatest chance of successfully completing the program.

Deadlines notes:
The deadline for LUCOM applicants is March 1, but is subject to change annually if the class is filled prior to that date. The last day for applicants to submit their application and supporting materials is March 15.
