Requirements notes:
Two Letters of Recommendation. Applicants with lower GPA scores should have strong letters of recommendation and satisfy the Admissions Committee that they possess strong motivation to study medicine. Preference will be given to Applicants who have satisfactory MCAT scores or have earned a bachelor’s degree or higher. For admission, scholarship purposes, and to apply for some loans, students from non-U.S. & CA schools must request & submit an evaluation report for U.S. equivalence and GPA even if the school follows an English curriculum. If the academic transcripts are not in English, a translation is also required.

GPA, MCAT notes:
Caribbean Medical University (CMU) generally requires a 2.8 GPA and 90 credit hours of college-level courses for admission to its Medical Science program. While a bachelor's degree is preferred, exceptional applicants may be considered without one. MCAT optional.

Deadlines notes:
There is no deadline to apply to CMU due to its rolling admissions, however prospective students should plan on completing their application 3-4 months prior to the trimester they are seeking. Trimesters start in the second week of January, May and September.
