Notes and additional requirements: We require three letters of recommendation, one of which must be from emergency medicine. We prefer applicants to have emergency medicine letters in the SLOE format, though recognize some situations will prevent this and will evaluate on an individual basis. Up to four letters of reference – two of which should be from emergency medicine. We evaluate scores from all applicants and do not have minimum score requirements.
