Notes and additional requirements: USMLE/COMLEX Step 1 required for application; USMLE/COMLEX Step 2, all aspects, must be passed prior to the rank deadline with NRMP. No more than one exam failure. U.S. Family Medicine Clinic experience equivalent to a 4–6 week rotation and U.S. inpatient experience in Family Medicine, Inpatient Pediatrics, or Internal Medicine required; observerships and job shadow experience are not accepted. U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required; no visa or EADs. Graduates must have graduated on or after July 1, 2021. International graduates must be ECFMG certified prior to submission of application and eligible to obtain an Idaho medical license at the start of second year of training.
