Notes and additional requirements: Must have passed within two attempts: USMLE Part I and Part II CK or COMLEX Part 1 and Part 2 CE. Documentation of US Family Medicine Clinic experience equivalent to 4-6 week rotation. Documentation of US Inpatient experience in Family Medicine, Inpatient Pediatrics, or Internal Medicine. Three letters of recommendation (at least one from a family medicine physician). Dean's Letter (MSPE) AND three letters of recommendation (at least one from a family medicine physician) required.
