Osteopathic graduates do not need to take the USMLE in addition to the COMLEX exams, COMLEX scores correlate well with USMLE scores. We do expect our applicants to take both Step 1 and Step 2 exams prior to interview. ECFMG Certificate: Not required at application but required by the start of residency.
