Notes and additional requirements: Dean's Letter/Medical Student Performance Evaluation and three Letters of Recommendation - At least one of which must be from an internal medicine primary care or medical subspecialist preceptor. Graduate of US or International medical school within 5 years of starting of internship year or an IMG who shows research or clinical experience in internal medicine (categorical candidates) or field of interest (preliminary applicants). For International Medical Graduates, we require a minimum USMLE Step 2 score of 230 and encourage USMLE Step 3 score above 220. IMGs must have passed Step 1, Step 2 exam by the NRMP match deadline for submission of rank list.
