Notes and additional requirements: Passing USMLE Step 2 prior to the start of the internship year is a requirement of employment. Preference will be given to applicants who are within 2-3 years of graduation. 2-3 months U.S. clinical experience strengthens the application. The applicant must have passed USMLE parts 1 and 2 on the first attempt unless there are extenuating circumstances that affected performance.
