Notes and additional requirements: Due to circumstances beyond our control, as a result of leadership decisions made at our primary training hospital, St. Joseph Medical Center, our 12-year affiliation agreement ended on June 30th, 2026. Consequently, Community Health Care Family Medicine Residency Program will NOT be reviewing applications through AAMC ERAS nor participating in the NRMP Match process this upcoming application/interview cycle. No more than two years away from the practice of medicine. Failed no more than one exam prior to passing on repeat. At least three letters of reference, family medicine preferred.
