Notes and additional requirements: Step 1 transcript is required with the ERAS application; Step 2 transcript is required by June 1. Applicants must pass all licensing exams on the first attempt, and any gaps in training or medical school require an explanation. Graduation within the past 5 years is required, with continued direct patient care since graduation. U.S. clinical experience is preferred but not required. H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship are available; H-1B applicants must take Step 3 before Match Day and receive results by April 15.
