Notes and additional requirements:
Notes and additional requirements: Applicants must have passed Step 1 by January; submit Step 2CK and Step 3 scores if they are available. MSPE (Dean’s Letter) and three or four letters of reference. At least one should be from someone who worked closely with you on a pediatrics rotation and who writes many letters for students, such as the student clerkship director, the director of inpatient services, a senior clinician, or one of the residency program directors. Letters from physicians at the applicant’s medical school or other training institution(s) who have trained in the US are especially useful. We are more familiar with the USMLE exam than the COMLEX as most of our applicants take the USMLE exam.
