Notes and additional requirements: US or Canadian clinical exposure of at least 4 weeks required for IMGs; direct patient care strongly preferred, but observerships accepted. IMGs must have a valid ECFMG Certificate or a full and unrestricted U.S. medical license (or have completed a Fifth Pathway Program). J-1 visas available; limited H-1B sponsorship. EADs accepted. Applicants more than 4 years from medical school graduation are rarely interviewed. No minimum Step 2 CK score. Completed applications must be submitted by October 31. Step 1 and Step 2 scores are recommended to be available at application.
