If you're currently in medical school, you must have your ECFMG certification to start the program. Significant clinical experience in a primary care setting in the U.S. The cut off score and minimum number of attempts varies yearly based on the applicant pool. Dean’s Letter (MSPE) and minimum of 3 letters of recommendation from faculty or practitioners with whom you have worked and who can comment on your personal and professional qualifications.
