Notes and additional requirements: Must have successfully completed USMLE Step 1 and/or COMLEX Level 1 within 5 years of application or have passed Step 3 within seven years of having passed Step 1. Must have graduated from medical school within three years of receipt of application. This can be extended to five years for postgraduate training years or while acquiring an additional professional degree such as PhD or M.P.H. No more than one failure. US Clinical Experience is not required, but is highly suggested and preferred.
