Notes and additional requirements: Pass USMLE Step 3 with the minimum score of 220 on first attempt if year of graduation is more than 3 years from application date. Step 3 must be taken before the month of December of the application year if you require an H1-B visa. Scores must be uploaded to ERAS prior to rank list certification day. If applicant is applying for a J-1 Visa, Step 3 must be completed during intern year.
